The Challenge
Luxury fashion stores depend heavily on high-res media. The client's original site had heavy load times, resulting in cart abandonment rates above 78%.
The Solution
We rebuilt the interface on Shopify Hydrogen (headless) using Next.js routing patterns. We converted all images to AVIF formats, loaded them lazily, and engineered an animated slide checkout panel.
